With almost 4,000 attendees on every NexGEnt Production events, the contribution of every volunteer is essential for the organization of the event, keeping it safe and peaceful for every con-goers.

Requirements for being a volunteer:
Must be at least 18 years old and above. All Volunteers must be 18 before beginning to work on every NexGEnt Production events
Valid ID (for proof of identification)
Must be available at any NexGEnt Production events
Letter of intent
Must have a minimum of 30 Hrs volunteer time (depending on the time of the event)
Complete the requirements of NexGEnt Production tests and surveys:
a. Personality test
b. Application form
Adhere all NexGEnt Production Rules and Regulations for volunteer staff

Kindly wait for your confirmation via email, kindly sign the volunteer contract included at the confirmation email.
When the volunteer contract will end?
All contracts will be end after every convention. This means that you need to renew your contract if you wish to continue as a guest at Nexar Entertainment.

Departments that are available for volunteer are Security and logistics, Programs, Assistance Desk, Social media and guest departments.
